Designated agent

The designated agent to receive notices of claimed infringement for MoleculeFinder is 137 Finder LLC. Send notices to support@moleculefinder.com.

Filing a notice

A valid notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the page URL; (4) your contact information (an email address); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the address above. It should include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), along with a statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat infringers

We may remove material and take other appropriate action in cases of repeat infringement.
